The participation in the competition by Tempodrom Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, subsequently named as operator, is free of charge and solely based on the conditions of participation.
2. Condition of participation
All persons over 18 are entitled to participate. Legal representatives and employees such as their relatives and other persons in relation to the operator are not allowed to participate in the competition.
3. Procedure
The duration of the competition extends from the day of the announcement until the indicated closing day. During this period, the competition may be entered online through the website of the operator (tempodrom.de) and/or the facebook page of the operator. Submissions received after closing day cannot be taken into account.
4. Notification of winners
The determination of winners follows after the participation deadline and based on the principle of chance among all the participants. If the competition is linked to a quest, only the participants with the correct performance will be taken into consideration. Winner will be notified via e-mail not later than one week after closing date. Notified winners must send an e-mail to info@tempodrom.de within 5 days to confirm their winning. If a winner cannot be reached or doesn’t reply to the operator within 5 days, the winner loses his claim to the prize and another winner will be determined. A prize that has not been confirmed will not be awarded.
5. Prizes
All details regarding the prize will be announced to the winner in the notification e-mail. If it should turn out after the prize draw that a winner hasn’t complied with the competition rules, the prize will be given to another contestant. Cash payment or the or an exchange of the prize for another real value is not possible. Additional costs resulting from the claim of the prize are to be borne by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for a possible taxation of the prize. A transfer of the prize to another person is also impossible.
6. Termination of the competition
The operator reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies especially to any reasons that would interfere with the scheduled course of the competition.
7. Liability
Public entries by the contestants may not contain insults, false facts, violation of competition and trademark or copyright infringements. The contestant, not the operator, is liable for any violation of the law.
8. Privacy protection
Personal data is required for the participation in the competition. The contestant assures that all personal data, especially the forename and surname aswell as the e-mail address, is correct and truthful.
The operater indicates that all personal data of the contestant will neighter be forwarded to third parties without his consent nor provided for use.
With the participation, the winner expresses his willingness to have their name/pictures/postings and residence published on the advertising media used by the operator. This included the announcement of the winner(s) on the website of the operator and his social media platforms.
The contestant may revoke his consent at any time. The revocation is to be addressed to the operator in written form. The contact data is displayed in the imprint. All personal data of the contestant will immediately be deleted after the revocation has been received.
9. Facebook disclaimer
This competion is neighter linked to, nor sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. Thus, Facebook is not a point of contact for this competition.
10. Applicable law
questions or objections in relation to the competition are to be directed to the operator. The contact information can be found in the imprint. The competition is solely governed by the German law. Legal recourse is excluded.
11. Salvatory clause
In case any provision in thisprovisions shall be held partially or entirely invalid, the validity of the remainder shall not be in any way affected or impaired thereby. The legal provision that is economically closest to the meaning and purpose to the invalid provision will be effective. The same shall apply for any gap in this agreement.
