This competitions is conducted by Tempodrom Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). Participation in the competitions is free of charge and governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in Germany. Employees of the Organizer, their relatives, and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competitions are excluded from participation.
Automated mass registrations (e.g., by bots or scripts) and multiple entries are not permitted and will lead to disqualification.
3. Competitions Procedure
The competitions starts with the publication on the website www.tempodrom.de or the official social media channels of the Organizer or involved partners. It ends on the submission deadline specified in the competitions description.
Entries received after the deadline will not be considered. Details on the procedure and any tasks to be completed (e.g., comment, like, creative contribution) can be found in the respective competitions description.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected after the participation deadline through a fair, random selection process (e.g., drawing lots or software-based selection). Only valid and complete entries will be considered if the competitions requires a task to be completed.
Notification will be made by email within one week after the deadline. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by email to info@tempodrom.de within 5 days of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Prizes
The prizes and their details are specified in the respective competitions description. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged, or transferred to third parties. Any additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from winning if it is determined that they violated the terms and conditions.
6. Early Termination of the Competitions
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competitions at any time without prior notice for good cause. Such cause includes, but is not limited to, technical issues or attempts at manipulation that prevent a proper execution of the competitions.
7. Responsibility and Rights to Submitted Content
Participants are solely responsible for any content submitted (e.g., photos, texts, videos). Such content must not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, or data protection rights.
By participating, participants warrant that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted content.
8. Data Protection
Participation requires the processing of personal data (e.g., name, email address). Data will be used exclusively for conducting the competitions and deleted thereafter, unless legal retention obligations exist.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and/or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Data will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for prize fulfillment (e.g., shipping service providers). Winners may consent to the publication of their first name and place of residence on the Organizer's platforms.

Consent can be revoked at any time, resulting in deletion of data and termination of participation.
9. Social Media Disclaimer
This competitions is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, or LinkedIn. The Organizer is solely responsible for the competitions.
10. Liability
The Organizer is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence or breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability is otherwise excluded.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The competitions is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
12. Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
