Conditions For Admission

Dear visitors of the Tempodrom,

In order to ensure an unforgettable and smooth concert experience, we have extended the security measures - including admission controls. 

Admission
We kindly ask you to arrive early at the venue. Admission is usually 1 hour before the start of the event. You can find the exact times in our event calendar on the website. We generally recommend arriving early - preferably by public transport, as there are only limited parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity of the Tempodrom. Please allow sufficient time e.g. for admission and bag checks.

Bags up to DIN A4
For all events in the Tempodrom: Only bags up to DIN A4 size are allowed. One bag per person is allowed.
This means that bags or rucksacks whose largest side is no larger than DIN A4 format (21.0 x 29.7 cm) may be taken along.

Bag drop-off
A limited number of bags can be handed in on site opposite the main entrance. A fee of EUR 5 will be charged for the storage of bags and rucksacks. This fee covers 100% of the costs (staff, containers etc.).

The following items are not permitted:
- Bags or rucksacks whose largest side is larger than DIN A4 format (21.0 x 29.7 cm).
- Bulky items of any kind (suitcases, baskets, helmets, baby carriages, umbrellas, etc.)
- Drinks, food and snacks
- Technical devices (notebooks, tablets, cameras, audio and video recorders, GoPros, selfie sticks, glow sticks, large power banks, etc. >> Exception: cell phones)

Further information can be found in our house rules. If you need to take special items with you for medical reasons, please inform us in advance by email: info@tempodrom.de. If you are attending a concert at very short notice, you can also clarify this on site. Please have appropriate evidence such as medical certificates and the like with you.

Checkroom & WC
You can leave your clothes, e.g. jackets, at the checkrooms in the Tempodrom. The checkrooms and WCs are located in the lower tier.

Deviating from this, other, stricter regulations of the respective organizer may apply. We will inform you of any last-minute changes in good time on our website, Facebook and Twitter.
