Disabled parking
There are 16 disabled parking spaces on the square in front of the Tempodrom where visitors may park on presentation of a disability ID card. The entrance to the foyer is 20 metres away.
Wheelchair user seats
We recommend that you enquire in advance with the Ticket Hotline about disabled / wheelchair user seats. You can reach the Ticket Hotline by phone on +49 (0) 1806 554 111 (EUR 0,20/call).
Guide dogs
Guide dogs may be brought into the Tempodrom. It is not, however, possible to sit in any place of your choice if accompanied by a guide dog. Designated disabled seats are available to visitors with guide dogs at all public events. The precise locations of these seats vary as the seating arrangements for each concert/show are not always identical. In order to bring a guide dog, you should therefore purchase a ticket for a wheelchair user seat.
Toilets
From the foyer, the Upper and Lower Circle including the manège are accessible by lift. There are disabled toilets in the Lower Circle.
