Disabled parking
There are 16 disabled parking spaces on the forecourt of the Tempodrom, where parking is possible by showing the blue EU parking permit (access via barrier > Möckernstraße). The main entrance is 20 meters away from the parking spaces. It is not possible to make a reservation; spaces are subject to availability on site.
Wheelchair user seats
Tickets for wheelchair users, severely disabled persons + companions etc. are sold separately. You can reach the ticket hotline by telephone on +49 (0) 421-353638 (0.20 EUR/call incl. VAT from landlines, max. 0.60 EUR/call incl. VAT from mobile networks). Alternatively, you can always contact the organizer directly. You will find the name of the organizer on the program page of the respective show.
Guide dogs
Guide dogs may be brought into the Tempodrom. It is not, however, possible to sit in any place of your choice if accompanied by a guide dog. Designated disabled seats are available to visitors with guide dogs at all public events. The precise locations of these seats vary as the seating arrangements for each concert/show are not always identical. In order to bring a guide dog, you should therefore purchase a ticket for a wheelchair user seat.
Toilets
From the foyer, the Upper and Lower Circle including the manège are accessible by lift. There are six disabled toilets in the Lower Circle.
